DIVA 女神達の肖像

古く、人々は神の像を描くときに、非常な注意を払ってより正確なイメージを与えようとして横顔の輪郭に、正視する眼を描いて心象までも表わそうとしたのでした。それは幾何学的には正確ではなくとも、神々の心象を伝える真実の方法だったのです。

これはStraight Eyeシリーズの続編です。女性を女神になぞらえて、より肖像画を意識した作品群となりました。

In ancient era, people paid attention to draw accurate portray of the gods, they drew the contour of profile and the straight eye that reflects the depths of the heart. While it was not geometric realism, it could be a true method of the impression.

 

This is the second generation of the Straight Eye series which is more conscious for a portrait drawings.
